Park Avenue Mansion is located at Park Avenue St., Pasay City, Metro Manila.

The advantage that Park Avenue Mansion has over the other, more posh residences, is its prime location. The condominium building is just minutes away by foot from major thoroughfares and public transportation terminals. For instance, you are just a couple of minutes away from the LRT-1 EDSA Terminal, which you can take if you want to travel into Manila and Caloocan City. You are also quite near the MRT Taft Avenue Station, which can take you to Makati, Mandaluyong and Quezon City. You can literally travel anywhere in the Metro quite easily.

Aside from inner city travels, you can also head over to the numerous bus stations along EDSA (which is just a couple of minutes away from the Park Avenue Mansion) and travel to any point in Luzon. There are buses that can take you northbound if you want to go to Baguio City or beyond, and there are buses that travel south all the way to the Bicol region.

If you work or study in Makati or Manila, the Park Avenue Mansion is the ideal place to call your home. If you work in the Makati CBD then you can take the side streets or the LRT train to work and it will only take you no more than twenty minutes. This means you can take your time getting ready for work in the morning because you do not have to deal with rush hour traffic. The same goes if you work in the country’s capital. It is just a 15-minute train ride to the heart of Manila.

Another advantage of living in Park Avenue Mansion is that you are just minutes away from some of the best shopping centers in the Metro. For instance, if you want to go on a high-end shopping spree, you just need to walk two blocks towards EDSA and then hop on a bus going towards the SM Mall of Asia, which will take all of fifteen minutes even with moderate traffic. The Mall of Asia is one of the largest shopping malls in the country. If you cannot find what you are looking for here, odds are that you will not find it anywhere else. Aside from shopping, the MOA also has more than a dozen cinemas, restaurants and cafes. There is also a mini theme park. It is a complete entertainment package.

On the other hand, if you are looking for great bargains and a place to attend mass (if you are Catholic), head on over to the Baclaran Church grounds. It is just a couple of minutes away from EDSA by jeep. There, you will find an almost endless array of outdoor stalls that sell everything from fresh produce, garments, assorted knick-knacks, and even electronics - all at affordable prices.
