As mentioned earlier, the Park Avenue Mansion is not as posh and feature-packed in comparison to some of the newer condominiums built by the bigger companies. However, that certainly does not mean that there aren’t any to be had.

First of all, the entire Park Avenue Mansion is kept safe by a team of trained security professionals. There is always a guard or two posted at the entrances so no unwanted guests can enter and have access to the residents’ flats. Aside from the security guards, there are also a couple of CCTV cameras keeping watch over the entrance lobby, the elevators, and the other public areas in the building. If someone does manage to get past the guards, he certainly will not escape the gaze of the cameras.

The guards also patrol the corridors and hallways to make sure that all of the residents are safe and sound. In case of emergencies, the guards are also trained on the basics of First-Aid. They will also alarm the nearest fire station in case a fire breaks out in any of the residential units.

The Park Avenue Mansion also has an amenities floor where you can find the swimming pool area and the fitness gym. You can actually use the swimming pool for training purposes. It is wide enough for you to do laps and work on your cardio. The pool also gently gets deeper, so younger kids can play along the shallow end of the pool while the grownups can dive and swim at the deeper end.

The fitness gym has a complete lineup of exercise equipment so you can work on all your major muscle groups. Now, you do not have to pay expensive gym memberships because your potential new home already has one in the premises.

The Park Avenue Mansion also has its own roof deck basketball court. If you want to shoot some hoops and get your blood pumping after a stressful day at work, you just need to hop on the passenger elevator and go to the roof deck. The basketball court is lighted so you can play even at night for a nominal fee, of course. On the other hand, if you just want to get some fresh air and gaze at the beautiful Metro Manila skyline, you can do just that on the viewing deck.

Do you need something fixed in your flat? Like a leaking pipe or a busted fuse? You can just give the front desk a call and they will send over a maintenance technician to help you with your problem. The condominium also provides housekeeping and laundry services so you do not have to worry about doing chores on your days off. You can just sit back and relax.

The Park Avenue Mansion may not offer the same quality of amenities that other high-end condominiums have but it does have all the basics covered. The condominium units for rent and for sale in the Park Avenue Mansion are already quite affordable, considering its prime location, which is more than enough for most budget-conscious people.
