Do bear in mind that the Park Avenue Mansion is not a newly built building. It has been open for quite a number of years now and when you see it, you will definitely agree that it is showing its age. However, that does not mean that you should not even consider it as your next home, quite on the contrary actually. There are many perks to living in this condominium, and one of which is the affordability of the residential units, of which you can choose from two types – the one-bedroom and the two-bedroom units.

The one-bedroom units have a total floor area of around 26 square meters, which might not seem like much but the flat is actually efficiently designed to make full use of all the available space. The residential unit comes with a complete kitchen setup - tiled counter tops with tiled backsplashes, built-in cabinets and cupboards for storage, stainless steel kitchen sink, and provisions for a gas range and a refrigerator. The living space is also large enough for a modest-sized dinner table (4-person capacity) and a couch that can seat at least three people.

The bedroom area is large enough for a double-sized bed, a dresser, and a desk. There is also a large, panoramic window that offers a beautiful view of the city’s skyline. The unit also comes with one bathroom that is fully tiled and furnished. The bathroom might seem small, but thanks to the addition of overhead storage shelves, it actually makes it quite serviceable. The additional space is actually put to good use in the two-bedroom flat because it was utilized for the Master’s bedroom and bathroom.

The Master’s bedroom is much larger than the regular bedroom. You can easily fit a queen-sized bed in there along with the usual furnishings like cabinets and desks. The Master’s bedroom also has its own bathroom, which is roughly the same size as the common bathroom of the flat.

However, all the additional floor space was not just used for the Master’s BR. You will also notice that the dining and living area got a nice size upgrade. You now have more space for a decent living area and entertainment center, and you can also fit a bigger dining set than before (a dinner table for six will fit with no problem at all). The two-bedroom flats are best if you have a small family, like maybe one or two kids, as they can share the regular bedroom (just place a bunk bed so there is plenty of space left for their other stuff).

On the outside, honestly, the Park Avenue Mansion does look a bit rough around the edges, but do not let that fool you. The units are actually quite spacious and more than adequate, especially if you are looking for an affordable place to stay.
